Saddles
Lots of people (including me) use the Arione Tri. The nose is a little bit thicker and a bit more padded than most other saddles, which is perfect since you spend most of your time on the nose of the saddle when in the aero position. Feels much better for the tender regions of your body.

Not fast enough.
I'd check with the local bike shops/tri shops and see if any have saddles you can borrow to try out or will let you set your bike up on a trainer to try saddles out. It's generally one of the more personal parts of your bike and different for everyone.
Also, make sure you're getting a saddle that's the correct width for your sit bones/skeletal structure.

It is a personal thing but I switched from the Sella Italia saddle that came with my bike to an Arione Tri and the difference is amazing. No discomfort or numbness at all.

Saddles vary so much. I personally use a San Marco Tri Azoto. Awesome saddle with a TON of padding in the nose. If you have a wide thigh junction, the Blackwell Research Adamos are great for relieving pressure from certain areas.
Life is short. Play hard and get dirty doing it.
I'm a blackwell research fan myself, I've tried a lot of saddles (including the ever popular fizik arione tri) but have found I really need the "junk" groove, I ride with a the blackwell research flow saddle, cheap(ish) and works well.

I am look to buy a tri saddle what saddle do you think is the best and why
