Has anyone ever tried the easton attack tt bar. I looked at one at the LBS, and it was so light and well put together; but how does it really perform. Thanks in advance.

I've seen it an ridden it on a friend's bike. Very nice bar... yes, only 360grams BUT. It's a 38 in width, so don't expect to be out of aero, plus it's Very short.... if you buy it, even the large ones put you right at the top of the shifter.

I think it's a great TT bar... maybe not the best for Longer races.

What would ya consider a good TT bar, at a reasonable price?

Cheapest TT bar would be to pull your current handlebars off, flipped them upside down, used a pipe cutter to cut off and remove the curved part of the bars, then mount the brake levers and bolt on aero bars.

On my current bike I have the vision bars that came on my Cervelo. No complaints. The FSA/Vision TT bar is $179 and can be found at the link below:

Easton Attack is a few hundred dollars more--but maybe it's worth saving 500g. It's small....but a longer stem would cure that problem.

Greatness is only achieved by those who perpetually raise the expectations of themselves to the point where it ruins their life.

The nicest bar I know for price is either the Hed bar or the Profile Carbon X 1.5.... both around the same price.
