I haven't posted in a few weeks because I changed jobs (stress I didn't need right before my big race, but a great career move) and I took the famliy to Disney.

I just wanted to let everyone know how much I appreciate the information I get from the site and the great wealth of knowledge from all of you that has made this a great experience.

The race is tomorrow and I leav in an hour or so. I actually had a recovery week, Disney and now the race week, so I feel like I have not trained enough in the final stretch, but I know I am prepared. My understanding is tapper often feels like that and I need to have the confidence that I am ready.

I will make sure and post my report....

Thanks again to everyone....

(I won't be going anywhere either as I have a full summer of Sprint and Oly races for the NCTS series in North Carolina).

I think everyone always feels that they could have done more, but you know what, keep a positive attitude and trust in your training.

No doubts, no fear.

You'll do great!!! Good luck.
