Finally off the DL
Florida is over 6 months away...you've got plenty of time, especially as you've still been swimming and lifting weights to stay in shape.
Just take the ramp up nice and slow, and keep a good feel for anything that could point towards your injury regressing...and best of luck! :D

Air Force is the smart branch...
Hey who said that???
Gotta get a little inter military rivalry going everynow and then :) I fully respect what we all put in to today's service.
Your right Jstyle Air Force is the best! Good luck with the training Robj3411, I know what it feels like to have start at the bottom and work your way up. Stick with it you'll do fine at IMFL! Brent

I was with the 3-502 from 1994 to 1996. Back when I should have been doing triathlons because i was in fantastic shape. Now it's been more than ten years and I had to start over.
there are several old Widowmakers in this BN now...There is pretty good interest in TRIs around here, you'd think someone would put a team together here or something, but, I guess it has to do with how busy we are right now.
And for you Zoomies, Air Force = Easy!!!!

After an injury in early Feb, 4 doctors appointments, 1 MRI, 2 X-rays, 1-injection treatment (synvisc) turned down and a 1.5 month rehab (from my wife's friend who is a PT), I finally ran my first mile pain free yesterday. I've been biking (mostly stationary), swimming and lifting weights to stay in shape. My come back race will be an OLY in Mississippi at the end of July as prep for IMFL. I just hope I have enough time to get ready for NOV. Thankfully I will have a lot of training time cause I am starting grad school (Auburn) this month and will only taking 2 classes for the summer.
