IM Louisville Map
Thanks!
There were also details of the course posted on slowtwitch earlier this last week, and I went ahead and google mapped both the bike and run (the elevation on the linked image doesn't show how the loop of one section affects the elevation). The run is off a bit since there were some out and backs without clear endings, but here are the links for others interested:

Thanks for the info guys. Did I read one of those posts right? With all of the rollers, the bike course could be tougher than IMLP? Looking forward to race day.

Yep Johnie someone on slowtwitch said there is lots of rollers... goodluck

Can't wait. It's pretty flat around here but there are a few places with rollers on which to train. Funny thing is, yesterday I had a 1:15:00 bike scheduled after work. So everytime I came up to a small incline, I immediately thought about this post and I put it in a tougher gear and worked my way up and over for practice. Felt pretty good.

We dont have any hills here in Va Beach either so everyone from my tri club that is going to IM Louisville plan a trip on the weekends to go somewhere and get some hill work in.
