mmmmmm.....snacks
Handful of almonds, protein/power bars, apples with peanut butter, any other fruits, trailmix, half of a sandwich-turkey,chicken,etc. I personally like a green Granny Smith apple with 2 Tbsp peanut butter, and a cup of FF milk.

Trail mix, almonds, cashews, fresh fruits and dried, pretzels, pb&j half bagels, yogurt, m&ms and... mmmmm cheesy poofs.
OK, the last 2 aren't so healthy, but they sure are good together.
I do the granny smith apple and peanut butter thing too, another great combo.
Bon appetit!

Oh man, you guys are making me hungry! I've generally been craving weird stuff lately like Wendy's nuggets and Chick-fil-A (and I go to those places like twice a year). Of course PB is a craving I have on a daily basis! (Are those signs of needing more protien???) During work though, I'm good and eat fruit, granola, yogurt, pretzels, nuts or animal crackers. That's the good thing about being at work...I don't have much of a chance to sneak junk!

Seconded on the careful at work part! If I pack a lunch and snacks I almost always stick to that, and it's the amt and types of foods I should be eating. But on days I'm going out for lunch I tend to also buy vending machine snacks! And I don't want to talk about when I work from home.
Sometimes I tri so I can eat... WHATEVER I WANT! :)

What are good healthy snacks to eat in between meals & protien shakes? I don't want to get wrapped up in the fact that I train hence exempt from getting chuncky due to unhealthy "snackage".....if you will.
Thanx,
Nicole
