Need A Good Log
Paper or Electronic. If you're looking for paper I've some pages I've made up for my paper logs I can send you to see if you like...though they do take a trip to Kinkos for photocopying/binding.

the log on this website i think is really good...
any kind of log would be helpful. could you scan and send the log as an attachment?
pls try the linkage below. some friends use it for years.
Triathlon Log
I dig the trifuel log. Go up to the top of the page and there's a link to training logs. I just started using it because it's an easy way to communicate to my coach what I'm doing on a daily basis.
Hmmm, can't PM ya due to a lack of contact info. If you want to PM me your email I can send it on over.
If you're looking at electronic logs, I've been very happy with the trifuel one as well :)

you can actually see trifuel logs that are shared online , and I suspect you can see even more of them if you're logged in (users can choose whether their logs are shared and to what extent)
click up on the top right " training log" then click on "shared" to see them

Triathlon Log
Apparently the download link doesn't work anymore....
I created an excel sheet for entering my workouts, but there's still some work to do on it. It also includes graphs to have an idea of the progress. It is similar to the trifuel training log, which is also pretty good and easy to use.

it is AMAZING.

I was wondering if someone could post an example of what their log looks like. The ones I have dont work well. I photocopied them from a book.
