First congrats on a great race! This site has been a big help to me as well. I have my first oly in two weeks and I'm part excited and part scared to death - and it's JUST and oly! So the thanks goes to people like you who go the extra mile (or 100) for keeping people like me motivated and inspired. Good luck on your road to Kona.

There is NO question that you put in the work and you had a great race. I really respect those who are willing to work hard for their results. Excellent job and I hope you will be able to do even better at Kona. Keep us all updated as your training program, testing, and general information is both helpful and interesting.
