well 2 days ago here it was 81 degrees and I was sweating hard on the bike. Today it is supposed to snow later on... That makes me a sad Josh :(

Spring aint sprung here yet, 39*F today and a 15 minute snow squall yesterday while I was out for a run in a t-shirt, brrrrr. :(
Fastest split I've done in a long time though.:)

A week ago thought spring was here as well - It was great getting the bike out and riding and running in without having to bundle up - well last couple days back down in the 20's and 30's and not much better next week either. Mother Nature can be such a tease! ARG!!

I thought spring was here too. We had 80's last week and today we barely made it above 50 - tomorrow morning is supposed to be 25 :eek: and this is Georgia!!!!! I really thought I had seen the last of my under armour for a while - oh well, before you know it, we'll be complaining about the heat........

Oh I know. I actually ran my FIRST run during training for IMAZ WITHOUT long pants of leggings and gloves for the FIRST time in training for the race! I am SOOOO looking forward to the heat down there.
Let's enjoy the dryness and nice weather before we get another hit of that crap.

Monday and tuesday, beautiful...70 degrees. Cold wednesday, 5 inches of snow thursday with another inch today and a lake effect snow warning on the news right now. PA stinks.

Tell me about it. Twice now I've put my snow blower away and twice now it has come to bite me in the a$$. Last week was like spring, 3 outside runs without tights and a nice ride Friday night and then again Tuesday. Back on the trainer though last night and another trainer ride tomorrow and back on the treadmill Sunday. Next week isn't supposed to be much better. I guess that is what happens when you live in the 'snow belt'.

Spring is FINALLY here!!! I rode in to work yesterday and today in SHORTS---Was 74 on my way home and should be better today :)
So odd since it snowed in the area a few days ago :eek:
