Aerobar tilt
Flat is fastest. This has been proven time and again. Unless you have some physical problem preventing you from doing so- ala Floyd Landis and his hips.
Life is short. Play hard and get dirty doing it.
Well, my diet probably causes some physical limitations:eek: , but I'd still love to shave a few seconds off the bike with no extra work! Thanks for the quick reply!
I think you should try this:

Not fast enough.
Good tip! If you get a chance, send a football MNC to Blacksburg...you guys must get tired of winning everything!
Sure thing....I'll let you know as soon as everyone in G'ville gets tired of going to all these games, winning national championships. Oh, and the UF fencing team just won the national championship this weekend, too! I do track work with the frisbee team from time to time and they're looking pretty strong....getting ready to defend their national title from last year. Now if only our underwater hockey team (we really DO have one) would step it up......

(Sigh....)

Where should the bars be to yield the greatest aero advantage? I've never changed mine and they appear to be tilted slightly "up". I seem to remember hearing a comment in the Tour De France that they should be flat or tilted down or you lose the advantage. I must've thought that almost a year later would be the best time to check it out. Are there any hard and (hopefully) fast rules on this? Thanks!
