i have what feels like a sunburn at the top of my leg in front right at the joint where the leg runs into the hip...no dryness, redness, swelling, bumps or other weirdness, just pain like a sunburn. i don't know if there was a frayed seam in my bike shorts or soap that didn't get rinsed out or what...but it definitely started after a long ride.

I've tried spray lidocaine for sunburns, which works fine for the burn feeling but it doesn't really make the condition improve

any suggestions on what can I use for this?
