I normally don't post, just try to soak up info from all you guys on here, but i thought some folks who were interested in getting a TT bike might find some interest in the bike i just built up over about a 2 month time period. I built this bike by buying the components, frame, fork and all on ebay and let my LSB tighten everything up and intsall the items i didn't want to mess with, like the cables. these leader frames are stiff and an excellent value. i can fly on this bike. i built it on a budget and was patient enough to wait on good deals on ebay. so for all of yall wondering how much a TT bike really costs to build up, here are my costs down to the gnat's a$$, tax and all. Knowing and riding a lot with the wrench at your LBS really helps. Probably could have gotten a new bike for the price i ended up with, but i learned a lot and now know more about componentry and the bike has a personal touch.
