Rarely/Never use aero bars?
In a sprint I'd say 95%. I'll come out to hammer up a short hill out of the saddle or to take a sharp turn. if they're set up right, you should be nice and comfy and relaxed and not need to come out of them.

Here's an interesting article on climbing. I will try this climbing technique staying in the aero position to see how it works. Otherwise I'm aero for the whole ride as it is most comfy for my to be in my aero position on my tri bike.

I'd agree with Solidad. Other than a hill or two, I'm in the bars all the time.
Yup I agree as well.
Areo 99% on long course. Except on the steep steep hills. Most hills stay down and spin through 'em.
Sprints will get out of the saddle to power through a hill.

I am in from the time I strap my shoes untill I unstrap them. Short hills- I stay in aero, but choke up on my bars a little and pull my butt off the saddle. I might come out of aero if the course does a HARD turn- like a 180 or close to. Then as soon as I hammer back up to speed, I am back in aero.
Set them up properly and ride them ALL the time. Youre wasting energy when you are not in aero- especially on a tri bike.
Life is short. Play hard and get dirty doing it.
I'm on my bars all the time too, except steep hills or if I need to brake or turn hard. I'm actually very unused to riding out of the aero position, as I discovered on a group ride yesterday when I needed to.

I am always aero. I didn't get the integrated bars for nothing, plus it is way more comfortable since i never wear gloves or anything

I notice a lot of folks with aero bars but often not using them, particuarly in the latter stages of a race, or steep hills (obviously). How often are you aero in a typical race?
