Chaffing
Body Glide. Period.
I've used vasaline, Bag Balm, Sport Shield...and still love Body Glide.
Comes in several sizes and look like stick deodorant.
Use it on your legs, arm pits, place clothing rubs...and for your neck ankles and wrists when wearing a wet suit. Much better than Pam cooking spray... and you don't smell like dinner.

Bodyglide. Also, if you can, wear tight clothing over areas taht tend to chafe (for example, compression shorts if your legs chafe on the run).
If it's "bike specific" chafing, you may want to also try Chamois Butt'r.
I also use Body Glide. It just works. I use Chamois Butr for my shorts after washing, but my skin doesnt like it when I apply it before riding.
Life is short. Play hard and get dirty doing it.
I fell in love with the Aquaphor samples I got last year. It not only protects while you're training/racing...but it also feels pretty good to put on after you've already chaffed.

I like the Aquaphor, but it stains my clothes.....
i haven't had alot of success with body glide. it doesn't seem to be thick enough. i use the chamois butr right and it works well.

I've been starting to have problems with this. Does anyone have any creme or something which might help?
