hey guys,
im getting really hot on the indoor trainer, even on easy rides, and was wondering how to keep cooler. i was thinking of either moving into the garden or buying a small fan. which one would you recommend, or any other suggestions?
cheers

a cheap 10 dollar indoor box fan, directing some chilly air from outside works just fine for me. Oh and I keep some ice water handy.

I too suffer from overheating on the trainer ( curse of the Clydesdales I guess ). Buy a fan and place it in front of you, pointing at the legs and torso. It helps some, but you do need to hydrate more while riding indoors.

A fan, towels and extra fluid for hydration.

Ditto

On the trainer I use the ceiling fan and a floor fan with a whole lot of gatorade.

On the treadmill a floor fan, a fan that connects with a huge clothes pin type of thing, a towel and even more gatorade.
