Felt S32 vs Specialized Trans. Elite
At that price range, I think your best bet is actually a Cervelo Dual. It's spec'ed slightly better and has a much stiffer frame than the others, meaning you'll get better power transfer and handling (power transfer being generally more important in triathlons). Also, Cervelo tends to be a bit more durable than the others.
Given the choice between the Felt and Specialized, I'd take the Specialized. Felt aluminum frames are fairly flexy. Although I find that they might be slightly more comfortable (only slightly), it is at the price of some speed, which to me is not worth it.
A bike won't make or break your racing career...all of them are decent bikes and will work very well, but I'm really picky about my equipment and that's what I've experienced on each of those bikes.

Not fast enough.
I would actually go Dual, Felt, Specialized. Just another example of why you need to ride all the bikes available by all manufacturers at your price point. One of the bikes will likely "sing" to you and fit you correctly- that's the bike your should buy- not what anyone else thinks.
Life is short. Play hard and get dirty doing it.
In my opinion, when buying Specialized or Trek or any other heavily advertised brand, you're paying extra for the brand. Lots of times, you can get a comparable (just as good) lesser known brand for lots cheaper. Lots cheaper means more $'s for accessories.

You need to ride all that you can find at you LBS and then decide. Don't let anyone else tell you what brand you should ride, do your own comparison and make your own decision.
And for the record, I ride a sweet Specialized Transition.

I write because I am beginning with triathlon and I don’t now what bicycle buy to my self. Many people think that to star in this races I should buy a Specialized. What do you think?
Thanks.
