Like I said I have my century in a couple of hours. I head about this thing called WOO but I don't remember what that was. I want to eat well after this ride because I have to swim 4k in the morning.

Pretty much anything ya want!...stay away from fatty stuff, graze but don't gorge...Some good carbs and protein. I usually use R4 after my workouts...but since you'll be done by the time you read this...forget about that for now.
Hope it wasn't too windy for you.

There ya go. You will WANT to eat EVERYTHING. I eat a protein bar immediately afterwards, then head to CiCis or something.

Life is short. Play hard and get dirty doing it.

Anton it was gusting up to 30 miles an hour so I punked out and hit the trainer for FIVE HOURS. I still logged over a hundred miles but I really wish I coulda been outside.

Well I just got back the work out was 5 hrs on the bike a 20 min brick. Suprisingly I feel just fine. So I am gonna chew down some girl scout cookies one Somoa (sp?) at a time every 10 minutes until I throw my porterhouse on the grill.

Thanks for the advice guys...
