Hi guys.

I just completed my first ever Ironman, the Langkawi Ironman 2007. It was blazing hot, and I'm absolutely thrashed now, but I loved every moment of it.

Thanks to everyone who provided input and advice to my questions on this forum.

Now that the first one is over, can't wait to do another one again :D
