Weight lifting

2x per week on run days for me. These are not long run days however and are never go longer than 2hours and I try to do the weights/run at seperate times during the day.

I do legs during base. During base and build, I'll do upper body sometimes on days when I don't have a hard workout, but mostly just calisthenics. I like to do core workouts all the time though. Those will make it easier to keep a good aero position for a long time.

Same as Gator...Legs during the build, on Tuesday and Thursday and always core, maybe even three to four times a week...even a twenty minute session with an exercise ball will give you good results.

Does anybody incorporate weight lifting into their training schedule? If so, what days do you lift? On the swim days, run days or bike days?
