I love this site and have learned a lot. I certainly dont want to take anything away from endless pools by bringing up a direct competitior. Im sure their sponsorship of Trifuel.com is one of the reasons this site is so sweet.

That being said I just want to do my due dillengence before dropping over 20 K.

Can anyone give me any feedback on either product?

Thanks in advance.

We have decided to go endless and plan to order it next week--finally :)
looking at the infinate, it appears to be almost identical. I'll let ya know as soon as it is installed (not sure on the delivery time). I am totally excited to not have to fight for lane space finally!!!

thanks for the feedback. So was there a specific point that led you to endless? I agree. Based on the website and the DVD's they appear very close. How was the support for each during your decision process?

Endless has had really good support (although my husband has done most of the talking to them) . They always have the information he needed and answered his questions ie; electrical wiring he had before the electrician came out, etc. We went as far as to check out some of the hard sided ones (like big hot tubs really) because of insulation concerns, but when we sat down and researched the actual company, endless came out on top--good name recognition, one BBB (resolved) complaint etc. Also they were not designed with swimming specifically in mind--i dont need the extra"whirlpool" seat, or sectiond off end, I will get a jacuzzi for thta. We plan to put in our order at the Remodel Show here in town on the 9th --they are offereing some bonus's there if you place the order by the 16th and take ownership by May 1.
p.s. i still have not actually swam in one, my sister has though and loved it.
