hey guys,

anyone got any different, wacky, eccentric exersises they do on a bike? just wondering!?

i ride for an hour with just one leg every now and then...stuff like that...

Nope I guess I am just boring I pull the trainer up to the TV and watch whatever movie I can find or 24 or anything TiVo's or whatever.

Nothing wild, usually a Spinervals or CTS DVD.

We clocked our mate going down a steep 4km stretch on the main highway doing a "superman" at a 115km/h (69mph).

For those of you who don't know what that is, you have your abs on the seat and hold a horizontal position on the bike (like your flying). I can barely do it in a car park, let alone at that speed and with the traffic he had around him.

If I can find the video we made i'll post it.
