Welcome to our humble group. Finally someone from around here. I'm down in Raymore. Where do you do most of your training?

I live in southern JOCO and train in the area. I sometimes find my way out towards Longview Lake for a change of scenery.

I used to live in Leawood and bike out to Gardner and out and back on 175th street by Heritage Park. I think I could tell you where every blade of grass and rock is around Longview Lake, Grandview, and Raymore. Lots of good biking roads if you know where to look.

It's nice to hear a local voice. Are you a member of any of the local gyms over there? I was a personal trainer at Quivira Sportsclub for 7 years. Now it's Planet Fitness.

I am currently a member at the Olathe YMCA. Its funny you mentioned 175th Street. Its got to be the smoothest pavement anywhere in the area. The wind can kick your a$$ at times, but otherwise its like riding on glass.
