That's a killer time! What kind of base mileage were you doing to be able to go that long?

Not fast enough.
Yikes! You're crazy!
I biked 2.5 hours today (2/3 of it uphill and 1/3 of it downhill by time), swam 40 min, ran 50 min and I thought I had a hard day...

Of course it's 'effing hard, it's IRONMAN!
4 hours with hills- South Mountain and San Juan route and a 3 mile brick run......and yes Red that killer Head wind just about knocked my bike from right underneath me. Memo to myself- check weather report before using your disc race wheel on a training ride. Scarrrrry :)
Had my 22nd birthday!
Now, I'm left to wonder who's more trashed, you or Red5.
that's a toss up......
oh yea, killer ride Red 5.
That's an awesome time under some questionable weather. Here's hopin' for good weather on April 15!
My vote is on the Jess man!

Haha it was a very very good time. Next to triathlons, beer pong is probably the second most addictive game/sport.
I would imagine Red5 felt a lot better about himself the next morning though!
Time flies like an arrow, fruit flies like a banana.

I would be willing to throw some money on that too... That is a killer time red seriously brotha you are flying out there.

109 miles in 5:12:00 at 21 mph with some big climbs and a brutal headwind on the last 1/3 today...You know, if we get a calm day on April 15th at IMAZ, I am beginning to believe a 5 flat bike is a possibility, triathlon god's be willing :p .
