Definitely Park's website and Sheldon Brown's site. And I'd add bikeforums.net, just like Trifuel, there are a lot of great, experienced people there willing to help.

if you want a book, you can get "zinn and the art of road bike maintenance" by Lenard Zinn which covers everything from taking the wheels off, to servicing you bottom bracket. the parktool site is also very good.

Bike Maintenance Web Guide
I am new to road cycling and am looking to be pointed in the right direction. Basically I am trying to gather a comprehensive set of links to subjects that will aid in my training both as a beginner and as I grow in this sport. I am looking for a few things:
1) Guide to road cycle maintenance. I would prefer a comprehensive web guide, however, I would consider purchasing a book if it the definitive guide on the subject.
2) Web resources about how to properly fit myself to my bike for both regular road training rides and with aero bars for a race setting.
3) Any other information that a newbie to road cycling and triathlon riding should know when entering the sport.
