Guys

need some help. Lately after my swim my tummy feels damn bloated and full of gas!

Keeps farting and burping non-stop. Tummy aches too. Anything i can do to prevent this?

My friend said i might hv breathed in too much air or drank too much water. He relates this as cholic.

Any advice?

You are likely gulping air when you breathe while swimming. Practice taking smaller breaths and breathing all of the air out while your head is in the water before turning to breathe. Oh yeah the pool is for swimming not drinking:p

just burp a lot, that helps. That's what I do. works for me. also controlled breathing works wonders for the air gulping.

Agreed that it sounds like you need to work on your breathing. You are swallowing air while you swim, probably due to trying to suck in air too quickly.
