Feeling Bloated after swim
You are likely gulping air when you breathe while swimming. Practice taking smaller breaths and breathing all of the air out while your head is in the water before turning to breathe. Oh yeah the pool is for swimming not drinking:p
just burp a lot, that helps. That's what I do. works for me. also controlled breathing works wonders for the air gulping.

"Somebody may beat me, but they are going to have to bleed to do it."
"A lot of people run a race to see who's the fastest. I run to see who has the most guts."
"Something inside of me just said 'Hey, wait a minute, I want to beat him,' and I just took off."
"I'm going to work so that it's a pure guts race at the end, and if it is, I am the only one who can win it." -Steve Prefontaine
Agreed that it sounds like you need to work on your breathing. You are swallowing air while you swim, probably due to trying to suck in air too quickly.
