I was going to order some now to test it in my training before the IM. I was wondering which one to order? Can some one send me some links to which one they actually are? I am on Trisports now and I am confused about which ones are good and which ones are not.

When I was racing MTBs I used eCaps race caps and endurance caps. I think they were effective. Also Hammer nutrition has some really good products.... (This is where yuo'll find E-Caps).

So I've had good luck with Lava Salts. I'm not endorsing supplements, there's a lot of false hype out there, but these guys really seem to do the trick on long events. E-caps are great too.

With any of these electrolyte capsules, make sure you drink plenty of water. They're a great addition to your racing arsenal, but as always, don't wait until race day to test them out. :)

I recently used Succeed Ultra and SCaps for an ultra trail race, as they were the ones on the course and I am now a big fan of both. The Ultra is a mild tasting easy to swallow drink. The S caps are salt caps that you don't even need to get used to, I just chased them with water and they help a lot. Also, these are pretty inexpensive. http://www.succeedscaps.com/index.html
That's the site, there are some interesting hydration articles on that site as well.

I like Enduralytes the best. Have tried Succeed and others.

I haven't tried many but I liked the lyte n go's - think they are a site sponsor and give out free samples. they were chewable and didn't taste like a dingo's kidney

have tried hammer nutrition caps and thought they were ok

I've used Succeed for years and like it..it works for me. I've used many others e-caps,endurolytes,just trid Lyte N Go..and a number of others...still like Succeed.
While it doesn't have the vitamins and minerals of the others it packs a punch in sodium which means I don't have to supplement as often in a race.
Succeed: Sodium 341 mg Potassium 21mg
Lyte N Go: Sodium 5mg
Potasium 70mg
Endurolytes: Sodium 40mg
Potassium 25mg
I aso like that succeed is buffered which helps nutralize stomach acid.(it's bi-carbonate of soda)
ALL that being said...
Find what works for you...and stick with it on race day.
