Critique my riding position (streaming video)
I dont think you need to go down to a 54. You have plenty of exposed seatpost as it is. What you need to do is drop those bars down. Get those spacers out from under the stem and stack em on top. The objective is to have you back as close to parallel to the ground/ top tube as possible.

Yep. Move back on the seat a bit and see if you get a bit flatter and drop those heels on the downstroke, man! :)

Dont forget that the fastest TT is tour history was set NOT by that man.
The dude setting that record looked like this-

I think you are golden. Are you comfortable? Do you get any hot spots? Knee pain? Hip or butt pain? Are the boyz OK? neck or shoulder pain? History of joint issues, bad back, etc, etc? What are your goals?

One thing I notice with most Pros riding aero is that their shoulders are quite low. Your video there looks like how I ride, with my shoulders a little hunched up. It might be a flexibility thing, but dropping the bars a spacer or two will probably be good overall.
Comfort is the most important thing though. Do what feels good, and as you get more comfortable, adjust things a bit to see how they feel.

Please critique my riding position. I am riding a 56 (Trek Equinox7), I was told by someone recently that a 54 may fit me better. Your thoughts please...http://softsphinx.com/bike_position.htm
