Updated Site for 2007
I love the new front page!
One thing that would be cool is if Trifuel had screensavers or wallpaper we could use. Just have pics of different pros racing with Trifuel written somewhere on it.
Anyway great work!

I like the new look also tribro. And mdd is right it would be nice to have a trifuel wallpaper.

New front page looks great. One quibble about the forums, though: currently, the top menu is taking up say too much space in Firefox 2.0 (the menu choices of Home, Gear Guide, Training, etc. show up as a textual UL). In IE 6, the top menu doesn't even show up.
Thanks for feedback guys. I'll work on some more wallpaper type stuff soon.
Airborne, thanks for the info on ie6, pain in butt that one :( Can you try again and see if it works. Made a quick change and tested here and now looks o.k. Also firefox looks o.k. on mine, maybe try a refresh to load the updated style sheets?
Great look!!! Really cool..
Thanks Tribro...always great work

Thanks for the hard work! The new layout looks good.
Life is short. Play hard and get dirty doing it.
Thought it was nice before, but the new look is very nice.
Great job!

I like the little trifuel bookmark icon (in IE 7). Very cool.
Looks good!

Now working in both Firefox 2.0 and IE 6. Thanks for the great work, tribro. The new look is great.
Cool, thanks for the feedback. Glad you guys like the updated look. Excited about the new feature possibilities that the backend will allow. Hope to launch new stuff throughout the year, as well as more good content to keep you guys motivated and training.
It looks great. :) Clean and sharp.

Very nice layout Tribro.
Keep up the great work!!

I like it. The one thing I can't find that I liked was the "Unread Posts" link taking me to a page listing only those threads that had been active since my last log on. I did like this better than having to click thru forum by forum to see any latest discussions. But I love the design and layout - nice work!

ya, I'm, trying to get that back on the homepage where it lists the number of new posts. You can get to it here on the forums by the text link above labeled "New Posts".
Looks nice brotha
Looks very nice!
I'm not seeing indication on the front page about if I'm currently logged in or not... that box of info would be nice to have again (if logged in who and if not a link to login, new posts, etc).

ya, working on that part now. Same block as I believe Tamara was talking about. Logged in, new posts, etc. Been hard connecting the two systems. Lots of legacy issues with these forums, so hoping to connect the two in the future and working on interum fix in the meantime.
I´m still seing the weird header Airborne got. How did you fix that?
Hyperactive Trifueler!!!! (I refuse to let the status go :p)
try refreshing the browser (page) a couple times. It's most likely cached the style sheet so that needs to be reloaded.
I like the new look, from a newcomer's standpoint, it's even better than before. Great way to organize a lot of content!

ok gang, as most of you know, I like to tweak and do new stuff each year. So what you're seeing now is phase one of the new Trifuel. Mostly look and feel from your standpoint, but a lot of work on the backnd to make publishing and future functionality easier to implement. So you'll see a few changes in the article and news publishing. Additional project going forward will be to update the race directory and gear guide into this new backend system I've implemented.
Alos some updates to log. Now calendar view defaults to current month and week starts on Monday so you can view you bigger Sat/Sun block days together.
I'll update the forums layout soon as well. Please let me know if you run into any issues.
Next on agenda is getting the kits and team finalized. Then back to updating the site. I haven't ported over all the training articles yet. Should finish that up this week.
