I a running an HED disc on the rear now, got it with the new bike I purchaced. I have (I think) the drive-train dialed in pretty well. I'm runn a 10 speed and when I am in the Big ring and largest cog, the derailuer is rubbing the Disc. I know this is not an optimal grea ratio, but happens sometimes when hammering a relatively flat course and hit a smallish incline .... Any ideas? Is it all part of the Disc dish?

Dunno if it's the disc or not, but you should not be in big-big or small-small (aka "cross-chaining"). Most bikes just do not handle this setup very well and so a rubbing derailleur is not a surprise. I'd either shift to the small ring in front or look for a cassette with higher gears like a 12-25 or 12-27. You could try adjusting the limit screw to avoid the rubbing, but my guess is that might mess with your gearing when you're in the small ring.

I wouldn't mess with the limiting screw. It won't let you shift properly into the big cog anymore. The most likely thing I can think of is that your derailleur hanger might be bent. If you run Shimano, the hanger should go straight down from the derailleur. If you run Campy, it'll be over a little bit to the side, but I don't know exactly how far, since I've always used Shimano. Another possibility is that the disc is out of true. Hopefully this isn't the case, since there's pretty much nothing you can do to fix that.

Yup, the RD hanger being bent is another very possible culprit.

The no cross chaining advice still stands tho.
