Anyone have any experience in using this product? I currently have been using Carbo-pro and mixing it with Nuun or GU20 but am now running into difficulty getting it (Carbo Pro) in Canada.

Any opinions or reviews by users of Infinit?

I haven't tried infinit... but I'm sad to hear carbopro is getting hard to get in Canada. I hope we don't have that problem... I love using the nuun/carbopro combo as well.

I have a custom blend that I've made up. I love it. I used to use Hammer Perpetuem but it was undrinkable when it got warm. With the Infinit you can set the flavor as you like it. The price isn't that far off from most of the other products. I highly recommend it. I've also heard that their customer service is great. So far I haven't had to use it, but that is a plus.

I've used infinit this past season. I used to have gi issues nearly every single race (sprints and olys) even after reading monique ryans book and following her advice fairly meticulously. I am really pleased with the results of my infinit mix. The best thing about it for me is that I can get it made with very little flavor and it contains no fructose, which is in most of the cheaper energy drinks like gatorade and powerade and it really messes up my stomach during races. I think its worth the price - its not much more expensive than other sports drinks and saves me from walking the last mile or so of the run when my stomach used to always start to rebel.

Thanks for the replies, I used to use Hammer products as well and it gave me issues during IMC in 2005 - since then i've switched and been finding Carbo Pro and Nuun combo the best. I may give this a shot if I can't find the carbo pro.

I have been using Infinit for the past year and love it. Once you get your formula dialed (not hard) you are set. The biggest advantage, is you do not have to take anything else with you, no salt tabs, gels, etc...

I used it for IMFL and it worked flawlessly. I mixed a total of 4 bottles in concentrated strength for the bike. Had two with me and picked the other two up at special needs. The bike mixture had protein. Well, three of them did the last bottle had no protein as I was getting ready to run. On the run I had four gel flasks, carried two, then at special needs picked up the other two. My run mixture had no protein.

The best thing about Infinit, is you can call Mike Folan the owner and he will help you get a formula that is right for you.

In my experiences there are two companies in triathlon that go above and beyond, one is DeSoto (Emilio is the man) and Infinit (Mike is always willing to help).
