Why wouldn't you send me a PM? Anyway, how critical do you think it is to read the book before getting the DVD to do the drills? After spending a lot of time on the message boards and reading the site, I have a general idea of the theory.

Well.... I´ll tell you a little secret (don´t tell) I haven´t finished the book completly. I did what you want to do........ directly to the DVD :D You will get benefits from the dvd only but there is a lot of great info also on the book. Go ahead and buy the dvd!
