HED Wheels
I have toyed with multiple wheel sets, HED, Zipp, Nimble. From my racing experience, the HED 3's are the most aero. They actually can "tac" against the wind to give more speed. However, the set up that you are contemplating is quite good. If you have the extra $100 then go for the HED 3 carbons.
I got a HED set up this year and couldn't be happier. Currently running a Jet 90 in front with full disc on the rear but, considering getting a second 90 for those extra windy days. I'm about three hundred miles on them and can say they are fast, quiet and go where you point them. I wanted a wheelset that I could train and race on without totally breaking the bank got mine as part of my build on a new bike so with the trade in one the spec'd wheelset my HEDs came in at about a thousand dollars for the pair. Your selection of a 90/60 sounds reasonable to me I'd ride that set up.

Anyone know much about the HED Jet wheels? A set of wheels for my tri bike is going to be my major purchase this winter and righ now I'm looking at getting the HED Jet 90 for the rear and a Jet 50 or 60 for the front. This seems like a good setup but I was wondering if anyone has had much 1ist hand experience with these wheels, or knows someone who has. My bike is a Trek E7 that I've been pecking away at with upgrades since I got it. On a flat course I can average 24-25. I will racing in several sprints this summer leading up to IMWI.
Thanks
