6.5 may be the way to go - they do run small. I am almost the exact same siaze as you and have an Orca 6.5. I am 147 lbs, 5'8", 39 chest and 30 waste.

I'm looking at buying a LJ wetsuit for my first tri (April), but don't have any stores that carry tri gear around me. I found a great deal online on a size 6 Orca Predator wetsuit. I'm 147 lbs, 5'7", 38" chest, 30" waist. It seems like it would fit according to the size chart, but I've heard that Orca wetsuits run small. Would a 6.5 be more appropriate for me?
