this weekend i did a 10k run, and my normal max heart rate is 210
my average heart rate for the run was 190. that is near the top of zone 4, my anaerobic threshold, which i dont think i should be able to sustain for 10k...

maybe im mistaken, but it doesnt sound right...

any thoughts or comments welcome!

No, you should be able to hold a mid Zone 4 level fro about 2 hours. My Zone 4 is 155-170 and during a 2 hour Olympic race I will average about 160 (158 on the bike and 164 on the run). Managae the pace properly, and you can even run a marathon in Zone 4.
