Ok, I thought "I" was crazy. This morning on my way to work it was -10*C (13*F) outside (said the weather network) here in Vancouver BC. Calm, not much wind, maybe about 5km/hr. or so. The streets are covered with slick ice and snow cause we don't have plows, but the interesting thing I saw was a guy, out in this weather running at 5:30am in a sweatshirt and shorts!!!!! :eek: All I can think about is brrrrr and major "shrinkage" LOL :D

It's a fine line between "crazy" and "flat out stupid." Running a needlessly high risk of getting frostbitten parts certainly crosses that line.

(Assuming he was out there long enough to risk frostbite and not just running 2k or something)

I guess he's not trainign for a warm weather race.Nonneed for an ice bath after his run either.
