Hi guys,

I did my first ironman in december and made a quick vid of it on yout tube if anybody fancies checking it out!!

Im thinking of also doing a video diary of my training for my next ironman in the summer in france!!

So if anyone fancies watcing me braving the channel over here in the UK in january in massive waves then it'll be on there sometime soon!!
