Hi to all !
First sorry for my english !

I'm 27 , I use the Kervonen formula for my HR!

MAX bpm 193,
rest HR 38

50 - 60 116 - 131
60 - 70 131 - 147
70 - 80 147 - 162
80 - 90 162 - 178
90 - 110 179 - 193

Weekly I ran about 55 - 65 km!

Yesterday I run 10 km for 1h, AVG HR was 166 ! I think this is high , but this running was very easy for me.

Thanks

what type of run was it? a race? a recovery day? the purpose of the workout will tell what level to train at.

proud and high or low and humble - many miles before I go

How do you know your max HR is 193? 220-age? and how are you measuring HR during your run? It sounds like there are some inaccuracies somewhere b/w the two. 220-age is not entirely accurate for most people. I'm 29 and my resting is about 40, but max HR is only around 165.
If your using a HR monitor you may need to make some adjustments because 85-90% of your max for an hour is pretty tough and would mean you have one crazy LT.

I don't know how much to go off of this. I have had this same issue, I'm 21, so my maximum HR should be like 199 right? Well I rountinely run any where from 160-190 on my runs. 160 seems to be a solid minimum no matter how slow I run, and I spike up to around 205 for my sprints at the end of a long run. I would say at 165 you are fine, I aim for 160-170 for my endurance runs, I've noticed if I go higher then 180 or so my endurance is greatly reduced.

heart rate varies a lot. The formulas (220 - age, etc) are guestimates for the average person. Some people don't match them at all.

Personally, I find that my max running heart rate is MUCH higher than the 220 - age formula predicts.

To get a better idea of your heart rate for your personal ranges, you should do a test and figure it out. There are a few recommended ones. You can do a forum search for info, or start with checking out this forum post for details on some of them.

I measure my HR with HR monitor (Sigma PC 15).
The MAX HR is 220 - my age 27=193 !
