Looking to get into Yoga, but don't really have the time to attend a regular class. Can anyone recommend a good Yoga DVD?

I use one called Iron Yoga - It is done by a triathlete and the another one is called something like Yoga for cyclists.
I've never taken a class in Yoga, so really can't compare them to anything, but the Iron Yoga is a tougher workout - it has you using some hand weights as well.

Iron Yoga is tough! I own the dvd and have yet to get all the way through it (balancing plus weight lifting at the same time just is a bit too advanced for my clumsy self!)

I highly recommend any of Rodney Yee's yoga dvd's from Gaiam. We've got 4 or 5 of them - from simple AM/PM stretching to more active Power Yoga and Yoga Conditioning for Athletes. They run the gamut depending on the intensity and focus you are looking for. Here's the link to their website, but you can also find them thru Barnes & Noble, Amazon, etc...

The only yoga dvd I've ever done is Yoga Mind & Body with Erich Schiffmann and Ali MacGraw. It was a relatively deep workout, not a lot of instruction, decent music and visuals. I've enjoyed it, but I like doing classes a lot better (for one thing, my kids don't jump on me)

I use "Yoga for Athletes". There are three different dvd's...with each workout lasting around an hour. Sometimes I split them up if I don't have enough time. I also use some of the stretches in a 10-minute "session" after riding and running. It so important to be flexible and stretched...I believe that it really has reduced the number and severity of injuries over the past 3 years.

If you don´t want to spend money on 1 DVD you should check out

YogaToday.com

You can subsribe an download 1 new 1 hour class everyday. FREE
They have like 2 ads at the begining of the class but ... they have to pay the production in some way.

It´s great!

I wanted to buy Yoga for Endurance athletes for a while now but have been hanging with other stuff like this one and classes at my gym.

Flexible Warrior by Spinervals is great and is targeted at triathletes. I got it for Christmas and love it.
