Most saddles that come stock on bikes aren't very good. (until you start paying $3k+). Even if you were to get something like a Fizik Arione tri, which is pretty soft in my opinion, it takes about 500 miles for it to soften up. It might be worth it to give the saddle another month or so and see about it at the end of Jan. If it's still hurting you then, it's time for something different. And like you said, you're really skinny and everyone is shaped different so everyone is going to take a liking to different saddles.

According to the folks who fit me for my Cervelo Dual (Transition Cycle in Pewaukee Wisconsin) you shouldn't have a lot of pressure on your sensitive parts. You should instead be sitting on your seat bones. My saddle is very far forward and I sit as far back as I can. My saddle is actually a women's tri seat (Serfas women's tri). It's wide enough in the back that you can actually sit on your seat bones instead of straddling on the soft stuff or balancing on the front of the seat. My saddle was confortable on day 1 and has not needed any breaking in. I now have the same seat on 3 of my 5 bikes. (Yes, 5 bikes. Road, Tri, Fixie, Mountain, and 70's Schwinn cruiser tandem)

In the riding position I tried to describe above I no longer have pressure in this area. And the seat I have has a lot of flex in that area via a cutout in the support plastic under the foam. You might just need to find the right saddle for you.
