Tomorrow, my schedule says I should run 12 miles, then a week from Sunday 10 miles, then the marathon (Disney) is a week from that day.
I haven’t run since Tuesday, (7 miler), and have been aqua running a lot, let a sore groin muscle heal. The muscle is sore for about the first mile when I do run on it, and then it abates while I’m running.
Last Sunday I did my last long run (21 miler), and tomorrow I am uncertain if I should attempt the full 12 miles.
I did 90 minutes of aqua running today, and have been doing 60 minutes every day since Tuesday.
Just wondering what distance and at what intensity I should do tomorrow. Thanks all!

your "training" for Disney is done--you wont loose any condiitoning by doing a little less (something I had to remind my husband as he was sick today when we headed out for our run) and will probably be better given your injury. I would say head out , do what feels good. 10 miles vs 12 (or what ever) is going go be fine.

Go out for what you feel is ok...use EXTREME CAUTION!
If things start to feel bad or you have any twinges of pain...STOP!
walk home.
14 days from now you should be 2:25 into your marathon...if you are smart and cautious between now and then.

I would say drop it to 8 - 10 miles and 4-6 the next weekend. If you're doing 90 minutes of aqua jogging in a taper while trying to heal your groin, that is already too much.
Take a look at a NOVICE marathon taper schedule and don't do more than that. (Hal Higdon's here)
I have a friend who didn't run more than 4 miles during the last 3 weeks of his taper recently due to ankle tendonitis (inflammed the size of a baseball) and ran a 3:30 marathon for his first time. Taking an easy taper will help you much much more than it will hurt your time.

Hey guy- I decided to err on the side of caution, and ran an easy 5 miles, and didn't feel anything bad, just alot of tight hip flexor, from all the aqua running, and no running in the last 4 days.
Will probably do like 3 or 4 tomorrow, keep it easy/hard.
