ARMSTRONG vs LANDIS @ Leadville !
That should be pretty cool to see.
I hope they broadcast it on TV somewhere:D
Nothing to it, but to do it
Wouldn't it be cool if Tyler jumped to race as well?
The Lance and Floyd show should be incredible. I'm more excited about this than the tour this year.
Lance is the man to jump in and do this race. Everyone should be so bold in retirement!
I wonder how much time and effort Lance will put into it? You just know that he's going to want to throw it down. He'll need to be in great condition to battle with Floyd. But, if anyone can do it -- it goes without saying.
Go Lance and Floyd!

Lance vs 2 convicted dopers and he will still stomp a mudhole in their a$$es!!!!
Make em hurt Lance!!!

This will be a fun one to watch!:D

Sorry I lost a lot of respect for f'landis... I would like to see LA just break him on the bike...
has lance even been training ?
Not sure, I will have to ask him next time we ride together! ;)

has lance even been training ?
He said he wasn't training hard for the NYC marathon and he went under 3 hours....
Cycling is his sport of choice and even in "retirement" he is on the bike pretty frequently.

hate to say it but i heard lance pulled out due to "scheduling conflict" i think he was afraid of floyd!
lance is still the man however.
If either one, or both of these guys do this race, my hope is that one of the regular MTBers here in CO who kick a$$ annually in events like Montezuma's Revenge (http://www.montezumasrevenge.com/) beats them. Now that would be something to see!
dammit lance...
Lance did a NORBA Nationl in Vermont back in my day and striggles a bit. Floyd started out on the mountain bike. I don't think I'd give any real edge to Lance on this one...
