Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all.
SBR tomorrow, taking it easy Sunday and Monday.
Ending my offseason and starting the training season for real on Tuesday.
12 mile run tomorrow, 6 miles on Sunday as well as a few thousand yards in the pool perhaps (motivation depending on that one). Diving on Monday (Christmas) so probably that will be it.
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!
Yes, Happy Holidays and for those Christian Merry Christmas!!
For me it is the end of an "epic" run week. I decided to do the most mileage ever. Have as of today run 103.5km and I still have 20km to run tomorrow! So Sunday and Monday will be deserved Rest Days.
All the best to everyone!

Ah, got an early Christmas present.
Doing a ride out in the cold and wind. Took 1h8m on the way out and 48m on the way back. Loved that tail wind! Followed that with an easy 1h run.
Got an unexpected workout in last night. Was flying home and had to do a 15 min mad dash through an airport to catch my connecting flight carrying a computer and carry-on bag. Just made it tho.
