Anyone near philly? looking to keep motivated this winter

I am in the Lehigh Valley and will be doing 3 local tris (Black Bear, Steelman, and PA Endurasport) to get ready for my A race which will be Chesapeakeman in late Sept. My IM program starts the
2nd week of January. Let's hope for a mild winter.

was dreaming '07 would be my first IM at chesapeakeman but kids and work get in the way. heard it is a great event have fun! let me know if you need any help on the long runs/rides

I will let you know. I know there are a couple of us that are nearby. This is my second season of tri so hopefully I won't be slowing anybody down too much. I will be starting my longer runs at the end of Jan. to prep for Boston.
