Had a fun, laid back, cold duathlon race that I relayed with a friend who needed a biker.

Funny thing, I have still yet to do a duathlon by myself, and this was my first in any regards. *notes to self to get on that*

The Report on my training blog.

Cool race report dude.

Du's are fun especially on a mountain bike.
I did more maountain biking this past year to cross train and it was a blast.

More chances of an endo or wipeout but you can usually get back on and keep going.

Hope you have a great Christmas.
maybe we'll catch up at a race in 2007 :D

Nothing to it, but to do it

A dirty du sounds like my kind of fun! I'll have to see if I can find any around here! (Not likely, but it would be nice.)

Life is short. Play hard and get dirty doing it.

Yeah, there's a race director here who puts on a whole Dirty Du series...he's known for putting on just plain hard races. :)

Thanks for the report bro. I think I found a way to get my wife to train with me... relay du. She always says I would do a tri with you but I dont like to run. Now she dont have to run she can just ride the bike portion of the relay. I hope this works.
