Anyone here into bodyweight training?
I love doing bodyweight exercises like squats, lunges, abs, etc at the end of a run (before stretching). Those are some great ideas for keeping it interesting... I even think I have a resistance band in the garage! Although I definitely don't need to make pull-ups any harder yet ;)
Oh, and the guys in the video must have some nice definition! :D
Thanks for sharing! Are you associated with that group?

I do some bodyweight exercises. I took a look at the site and it does have some more exercises I might have to work into my routines. :D

Nice. I train with weights all year round but with controlled weight and reps.
Hyperactive Trifueler!!!! (I refuse to let the status go :p)
I've been researching Crossfit. Its very similar but requires more equipment than the bodyweight. Check it out here: http://crossfit.com/. They give daily routines to follow throughout the month. I'm thinking of subsituting these exercises this off season for the majority of weight room routines.

Hummm. I'm always suspect of first time posters who seem to be pimping something. Pay for post?
I am cost cutting so I've quit the gym and have gone back to lifting at home...
Pull ups, push ups, dips, dumbells and core as well as leg stuff.

I wondered about that as well Anton, which is why I asked about how he knows the site. Oh well, if there is never a reply we will know. However, I did check out the site, and it is interesting stuff. And you can sign up for free and such, much like here. If it is a pay for post, they aren't making money off me, but I do enjoy the info. And I have found some great (free) sights (like one of my favorite mountain biking sites) off of posts that were done for advertisement through a blog community. As long as they are on topic I tend to mind it less.
They do, however, sell accessories like the resistance bands, etc -- which is a bit odd to me since the spirit of the movement seems to be doing it anywhere.

Seriously though, this one's my favorite. More for Alpine climbers but interesting site. http://www.gymjones.com/
Interesting stuff but to bad this people come in and post promotional stuff....bad bad bad...
Anyway...

I am a member yes. But I don't get payed for it. ;)
Are you in any of those videos? Are you also into triathlon? Curious what brought you to our site.
I always share the love of trifuel other places, so I get that.

I used to do triathlon in HS and in college. Right now that changed. No place to swim, knees don't take running well and biking is only possible during some months of t he year.
I turned to bodyweight as my new hobby.
I am not in the videos, but if I make some videos I'll put them up on line as well.
I consider triathlon a semibodyweight sport anyway.

Dozens variations of pushups, one leg squats and so on for conditioning.
