According to the American Lung Association, 600 is great. See the sites below. Keep up the good work with training. It seems to be doing you good despite the bad week for asthma.

Hi guys, i was fumbling through my medicine cabinet at home today and found a peak flow meter. We're all asthmatics in my family, and i remember using it when i was a kid, but i can't remember what my old readings were on it. I gave it a try just there and i hit just over 600L/min.
My asthma's been rather bad this past week, so I dunno if that's a good/bad or indifferent reading. Anyone know anything about these things? Can they be used as a training aid?
oh, i'm 21, 6ft, and about 13 st in weight if that's needed?
cheers
