Here is my question... I raced on a borrowed bike since I do not have my own, and realized it was too big for me so the bike leg just killed my back...I know I need to get a bike but not sure what to get... I have a guy who is selling a guru 2004 aluminum frame w/carbon fork and wishbone equiped w/dura ace and mavic cosmo carbone wheels.... I do not know much about bikes and I do not have much money to spend cause I am married and you all know how that works .....
but I think this is a good bike for 1200.00 usd what do you think......

I don't know about prices but by your description it must be a very good bike! Nice setup! Is it in good conditions? Or does it look old?

I think that the price may be a little bit high, but I don't really know since I don't live in the U.S.

Sounds like a good deal for something that is not too beat up.

BUT- it's gotta fit. As youve found out, a too big bike isnt gonna do you any good, butnor is a too small one, either. Take it for a couple rides if the dude will let you, and make your decision then.

Life is short. Play hard and get dirty doing it.
