QR are solid. i have a hyrofull. and you can find some decent deals for around $200 right now. not sure i'd buy online because you want to make sure they fit appropriately. perhaps go to a local store and confirm your size by putting it on and then buy online.

Best thing is to make sure that whereever you buy it, that they have a good return/exchange policy - I got mine from nytro on-line and I was able to exchange it no problem. They were actually quite helpful when I called with questions regarding fit.

I also have a BlueSeventy and have had a great experience with it. All of the major brands are made from exactly the same material so it is more a matter of how they are cut and what colors they are made in. I would try on a couple from each brand and then decide which one fits you the best.

Here's a wetsuit buyers article with more resource links at the bottom of the page. I agree that now would be a good time to find close outs before next years models come out. I also agree that fit is a very important consideration when buying a suit. Lastly, yes I think $179 is a great price for a wetsuit.

I was going to wait until next year to buy a wetsuit but someone told be this is the best time of year for good deals. Anyone know of some good places to look online for some deals? What is a good entry level wetsuit. There are some brand new Orca Speedsuit S1's on ebay for $179, is that a good deal? I have a thick chest and shoulders for my size. Any pointers on places to look, brands and models to look for ect would be appreciated.
