Nope....no way you've atrophied that much...
Your body weight can fluctuate several pounds a day..it's normal.
It's possible that on those mornings you didn't weigh yourself you weren't 156, but less... You could have been hydrating more and had cells just packed with water...while now you may be a bit on the dry side. There are any number of other reasons you could be 3lbs different. I wouldn't give it another thought.

Congrats on the end of XC season. Looks like that was one tough course. Rumor has it that State is headed back to Tampa next year. A little late for you, tho ;)
As far as weight, I agree with Anton. You just caught yourself on the days you happened to weigh the same. One more or less glass of water before bed can do that. Or a big visit to the restroom :D

Alright, so cross country season ended on saturday. I would wake up 2 mornings during each week and i would be right at 156lbs. well today is tuesday, and i woke up 153. I'm wonder how this can be. I've been eating like a i was before and havn't run one foot. I haven't atrophied that much have i?
If you get a flat, and don't have a tube, Suck it up and run it in!!!
