Felt B2 vs. Scott Plasma
Theyre both great bikes. I havent personally ridden the B2, but I have ridden the Scott. Plasmas are a SWEET ride and featherly light. I would definately ride one. Some people gripe about the width of the top tube, but on a properly fitted bike, the tube will not be an issue at all, as it is low enough to be out of the way.
Go Gators!
Life is short. Play hard and get dirty doing it.
Matt,
If you're interested in the Plasma check out R&A Cycles website. They have the '06 Pro model (full Ultegra build) with a set of Mavic Kyrsium Elite II's on clearance.

Thanks for the help guys! I went in to the shop today to talk to Friderike and Klaus about which bike to get. (If you ever go to Gainesville, stop by Bike Route....these guys are awesome.) They've both ridden both bikes, and ride Plasmas now. They said the same thing as TriGuy and that they are much stiffer than a B2, so the power transfer is amazing on them. I'll take Friderike's advice any day...she's much better than I am. (A little embarassing to get beat by a girl, but we won't dwell on that!) I'll have the Plasma fit soon, and then I'll be off to do some base-training for a very fast new season. Oh yeah....and how about those Gators beating some Cocks last night? Tempe, here we come!!

Not fast enough.

I'm planning on getting either a 2007 Felt B2 or a Scott Plasma. These are my two best choices from our sponsor shop, but I can't really test-ride either one. The B2 hasn't arrived at the store yet and would have to be special ordered, and the Plasma needs its seat tube cut, which I obviously can't have done just to take it out on a test ride. Either will run me about $2900 with Ultegra, so it's a wash as to which I pick from that point of view. Does anyone have any experience-based input on which would be a better decision? Thanks for any help, guys!
